Suddenly a green haired man can be seen lying on the ground in a pool of blood. A knife is implanted in his chest and he coughs up blood every few moments. He looks rather normal, except for his green hair and the medallion his clutching in his hand. He sees Ayn and tries to speak. "A...yn....O..omni be....trayed...They...The man coughs up some more blood. "...goin...ressur...you...stop...Om..." The man coughs up more blood and seems to have lost the strength to speak.

The light from Gale's attack slowly subsides to reveal nothing where Kyushin stood. Patches of dark brown score the ground where the attack had scattered, and behind the blemishes the axe remains stuck in the ground by it's handle.

Still grinning, the attacker sheathes his sword. Smoke erupts from around his feet, and he vanishes. Less than a second later, the base of the tower explodes. The only man to bear witness to the sudden presence of a bomb made of gunpowder at the tower's bottom floor is blasted into fine red mist.

Fury uses his gun like a crutch to help stand back up. "Rose, we need to find the others. We can't keep going on separated like this." |

Xandox was then heared laughing in a tree over head.
'It was damned funny too.'
His left sleve was blowling in the wind.
"What happened to your arm borther?'
Zander smirked.
'OIt was not you...It was that damned Ryu-Yasha.' |

The green-haired man's medallion drops and flips over. The back has the word "Omni" engraved on it as well as the name, "Joseph Graves" bellow it.
Legion looks at Lucas. "I sense something bad is going down back at the base. We have to go." Lucas nods and they both take off toward the base.
Gale spits on the axe and walks back into the woods. "I'm not sure what I should do...if I find the others they might know something. Or maim me...damnit this was gonna be a tough call..."
Seraphus shields his face and anger flashes in his eyes. His voice rings out like thunder. "SHOW YOURSELF, COWARD!" |

He jumped dopwn and riped his arm off puting it where his arm was.
'It will work for now.'

Fury sighs. Frustration, pain, and confusion were doing a number on his will. "...Who and who and what now?"

The relative calm that had settled back over Seraphus' castle with the rain is shattered by another explosion. This time, the front gate explodes in a shower of ragged wood, punching a hole clear into the fortress. Dozens of men pour through the opening, sparsely armored by bracers and chestplates, and immediately engage anything that moves with their spears and swords. Torches are lit and thrown onto the unprotected wooden houses inside the wall. Without the watch tower, no one ever saw it coming, and the attackers had a distinct advantage. A group on horseback follows the infantry.
One of them is flying a flag. |

Seraphus' entire soul is consumed with malice. He takes control of his confused and unorganized army. "Comrades, we have been attacked and we shall not cower and run! Kill every enemy you see! Leave none alive!!" The army, despite it's previous confusion, gain a boost of morale by their Lord's command. Soon they are organizing themselves and fighting the attackers just as lethally as their opponents are. It's become an all-out war.
Legion stops when he sees the fortress in the distance. "Just as I thouht...it's under attack." Lucas looks at Legion. "What should we do?" Legion turns around. "Nothing." Lucas' eyes go wide. "WHAT?!" Legion waves his hand. "We don't need them. We won't be missed or hunter either. This is a perfect oppertunity to get out. You have to have something better in mind then that." Legion sticks his thumb in the direction of the fortress and Lucas does not respond. "Thought so." |

The door to Kyushin's temporary residence at the village flies open.
"I see he was more trouble than you expected."
"Hmph."
Nyx, concealed by the darkness of the room, rises. "Then I suppose you could use this after all." He tosses a sheathed sword across the room to Kyushin, who catches it. The hilt separates from the sheathe and the blade's brightly polished surface is revealed. It looks like an ordinary sword, a fine one, but still just a sword. "Seraphus is aware of your attack, now. He will be sending a retaliatory force here soon."

Most of the houses near the gate entrance have caught fire or already burned down. One last torch is flung into the air and lands in a group of Seraphus' men. The soldiers slowly begin to thin out, outnumbered by Seraphus' forces. They begin to fall rapidly under their opponent's might, almost as if the point of the entire attack wasn't to survive but to inflict as much damage as possible before being overrun. |

| Seraphus has also joined his followers and proves to some of the newer soldiers just why he's a leader. Blue opaque blades dance through many soldiers as Seraphus gracefully makes his way through the troops. He looks for their leader, Kyushin. He hadn't seen him the entire battle, and the attack wasn't his usual style. Something wasn't quite right. It probally had to do with those damn time travellers. They'd feel the demon lord's wrath soon enough. |

| Up on the tower where xandox stood a low laugh emerged from the whispering winds a flash of light and dagger was placed to his throat, another flash and anoter dagger was held at his belly. "Xandox have i not warned you enough, you are free to murder whom you wish as is any one else, but i shal NOT have you desecrate my people." He pulls the dagger along his belly leaving a small cut, not deep at all "If this arm isnt removed and placed with its proper owner within the day i will be back to finish the job" and with that he pulled the dagger back and jammed it in his left thigh before dissolving back into the wind. |

| Gale's laughter could be heard by Riki, Zander and Ayn. Though he spoke, his location was unseen. "You're sister got kidnapped again? I almost pity her. What an awful guardian you are." Gale chuckled again, but he wasn't about to push his luck. As much as he'd hate to admit it, he needed them to find out what the hell was going on. |

"I'll put it this way," Gale talks in a mockingly sweet way. Which ends up sounding pretty scary. "If I wanted to kill you.." There is a gust of wind suddenly and the blade of Sin appears dangerously close to Ayn's throat. Gale whispers to her. "You'd be dead by now." Sin disappears and he walks backwards, finally leaning against a tree.

| Gale puts his hands in the pockets of his vest and follows Ayn quietly. He almost wished he had killed her then, but he'd have more oppertunities, he needed to get back home. As well as kill whoever sent him here. |

He looked at the arm that was turning black.
'Damn human arm...didn't last long.'
He riped it off and sent it back with a burth of flames. |

| Karakuri, meanwhile, was lying on the bed of leaves that Rose had kindly put her on while she had gone to speak with the stranger in the tree. Feeling much weaker, she became fearful that she could die in spite of that mysterious being's help in closing the wound in her chest. Now she realized that Rose had not returned yet, and she was filled with even more dread. But the fighting spirit she'd inherited from her father was all that kept her from just letting go and slipping into oblivion. Though it would expend a lot of energy, Karakuri tried her best to get Rose's attention. Sitting up, causing herself a great deal of pain which made her curse loudly, she raised a hand to the sky and attempted to fire a great blast of crimson energy into the air as a signal flare. Her hand glowed bright red, emitted a few tiny sparks, and it seemed as though her plan would not succeed when a great shrieking stream of energy blasted upward and accidently knocked a branch of a tree. Collapsing back onto the leaves, Karakuri lay there gasping for breath and utterly exhausted. Yet she bore a small smile as she lay there, hoping that her efforts would not be in vain..... |
